Our range of UPVC fascia help to ensure a low maintenance and long lasting roofline installation for any domestic or commercial building. Our plastic Fascias are available in traditional white, plus a range of different woodgrain foils & 9 coloured finishes. All fascia systems come complete with matching corners, joiners and end caps and a selection of roofline accessories to complete that finishing touch to any property.
The range includes:
Cappit Fascia 10mm thick fascias boards - used for capping over existing wooden fascia and barges, for reveal liners and for window boards.
Newbuild/ Full Replacement Fascia 16mm - 25mm thick fascia boards for full refurbishment or newbuild applications.
We have a range of UPVC fascia boards which are thick enough to not require any backing boards. Our plastic fascia and gable boards can be fitted directly onto the roof rafters, they are ideal for new houses, extensions, or for where the existing boards are rotten and need to be replaced.
What is Newbuild or Replacement Fascia? Fascia and bargeboard usually use the same type of UPVC boards. The difference between cap over and replacement board is the thickness. If your are leaving your existing timber in place you will only need capping board (10mm) but if you are fitting them straight to the rafters then you will require a thicker board.
Moulded Fascia Our moulded ogee fascia is available in both 10mm cappit fascia and also 18mm full replacement. Ogee style fascia is ideal for people who want something other than the plain white fascia.
